as a trio

This is our Bainbridge album release concert for our new album, Hot Club Swing! We'll play each song on the album, in order, plus we'll share some stories from the recording studio. For this album, we selected our best tunes from the last decade of performances, then we spent time really dialing in the arrangements. We also recorded two of Ranger's newer compositions that have barely been performed live yet! We'll have CDs available for donation, and the album will be available on streaming services very soon! The album features the full band, plus 4 guest musicians on select tracks--we are expecting guests on clarinet, guitar, and possibly vocals!

The BIMA auditorium is one of our favorite performance spaces: beautiful and comfortable; every seat is a great one, and most importantly the sound is amazing! Cellar Cat features a carefully curated wine list, and also offers small plates of cheese, charcuterie, chocolate, etc. It's very intimate and cozily decorated, like a concert in your living room. The musicians are close enough to touch from the front row--please DON'T touch, but you'll get a great perspective on every note we play : )

This is our new annual appearance at the Royal Room--we hope you'll come join us!

Over the years, we've developed a small repertoire of jazzy holiday tunes--we really enjoy playing them, and there's only a short season when we get to break them out! For this show we'll play a mix of our regular repertoire and those "Re-Arranged" holiday classics. To give an example--one audience favorite is our minor-key, tango version of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer : )

Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Our Royal Room shows have filled up in the past, so we recommend buying a ticket now, then making a reservation to get a good spot.
