Gather with our community for all things green! Bainbridge Island Metro Park & Recreation District is hosting an Earth Day Expo on Saturday, April 22, from 10:00am-2:00pm at Battle Point Park.
Join in on the fun! Take part in any of the dozens of nature-focused activities. Learn about local native plants as you lay mulch or pull invasive weeds. Visit with local businesses and organizations to learn what eco-friendly offerings each has. Plus, there will be local food vendors, live music, and even a real-live owl to meet! Parking is available on-site. Volunteer opportunities are available near Battle Point Park for trail maintenance and invasive species removal.
